Instructions
Heat a wok in medium to high heat and add cooking oil. Cook garlic until aromatic.
Add mushrooms and stir fry for 5 minutes or until it soften. Add rice, vegetables, soy sauce, salt and ground black pepper. Stir and mix well until everything is well combined. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
Garnish with cilantro or parsley. Serve and enjoy!
