Fry tofu cubes in hot oil on four sides until golden brown. Transfer the fried tofu into a colander or a plate with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Get rid of cooking oil from the skillet leaving 2 tablespoons.
In the same cast iron pan over medium heat, saute onions and bell peppers in for two minutes or until they become soft.
Add in mayonnaise, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and chili. Let it cook and simmer while stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Toss in the fried tofu and green onions. Mix until everything is well combined. Serve while hot with rice.
