Watermelon Refresher Recipe

This Watermelon Refresher only needs 3 ingredients and it takes less than 5 minutes to make. You can enjoy it as a delicious and nutritious drink that is full of vitamin C and no added sweeteners that is good enough to punch this summer heat in the face!

Equipment

1 blender or food processor

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ large watermelon
  • 1 cup orange or lemonade juice
  • 6 large mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Put watermelon and juice in a blender or food processor and puree until very smooth. Pour the watermelon juice through a sieve then discard the pulp.
  • Add and mix in the mint leaves. Refregirate until completely cold or add some ice to drink instantly. Enjoy!
